Frequently asked questions about shipping and deliveries

I didn’t receive an email with a tracking number. What should I do?

If it’s been more than three business days since you placed your order and you still haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam folder as well as your Newsletters folder, All Mail, or similar folders — sometimes our messages get misplaced. If you still don’t see the tracking number, email us at [email protected].

I want to change my delivery address or other order details.

Please email us at [email protected]! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on the recipient’s location. Most shipments arrive within 3–21 business days, though sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control.

How do I find out the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address as well as the package’s weight and size. To see the shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart and enter your address at checkout.

You don’t offer shipping to my country. Can I still order something?

It might be possible in your region to order our books through one of our partner stores. YOu can also email us at [email protected] and we’ll try to help. Please note that shipping costs to countries where Latvian logistics companies don’t operate may be high.

The item I ordered doesn’t fit me. What are my options?

We just started offering clothing and we’re working to ensure that our products are unisex and fit a wide range of sizes. If you still want to return something for a refund, email us at [email protected] and review our shipping policy.

What can I do if an item I want is out of stock?

Unfortunately, our products are released in limited runs. However, feel free to email us at [email protected] — we may be planning to re-issue a certain collection.
